If a lost/stolen/missing person ever self-bonds, we will attempt to automatically inform them of any available options that will allow them to recover themselves, wherein their own self-recovery is possible and it is appropriate for us to do so, regardless of whether or not they have established their eligibility for access to service with us. If any person is ever accessing our services for their own personal use, and they have a lost/stolen/missing person, animal, or pet that is a family member or that was under their legal care (as recognized by us), and we are able to help them locate and/or recover, will we automatically inform them of our ability to do so.
Our limitations of service do not allow any person or party, regardless of claim, to be provided with any information and/or experiences that relate to any lost/stolen/missing person, if the lost/stolen/missing person does not inherently desire to be located or have any information about them released. We do not facilitate of the wrongful procurement of persons, animals, or pets.
Family members of a lost/stolen/missing person, animal, or pet:
If you are a surviving parental/legal guardian (or legal next of kin that is a legal adult) of a lost/stolen/missing person, or if you are the legal and rightful caretaker to and of any animal and/or pet - and you are eligible for access to service with us and establish your access, we will automatically inform you of whether or not we are able to provide you with access to information and/or experiences that will be be able to assist with the safe recovery of your lost/stolen/missing person, animal, or pet if they are still alive; or their remains if they are deceased, and there are identifiable remains in existence; or wherein no identifiable remains are in existence, we will provide you with access to l information and experiences concerning their disappearance, so as to provide you with the opportunity for closure.
Entities and individuals that are dedicated to the recovery of lost/stolen/missing persons, animals, or pets:
If you are a professional that is dedicated to the recovery of lost/stolen/missing persons, animals, or pets, then please visit our eligibility page to ascertain your general eligibility for access to service with us generally. If you are an appropriate person, and we recognize your entity as appropriate (if applicable), we will provide you with more information with respect to how we are able to provide you with assistance with lost/stolen/missing person, animal, and/or pet cases. In any event, we will inform you if there are any reasons that not we are not able to provide you (or your entity) with access to this free service with us.
We take all of our work very seriously, and especially so with respect to any lost/stolen/missing persons, animals, or pets. We will never provide any person or party with access to this service wherein there is any potential that in so doing, the person or party (or another other person or party by proxy) will pose a risk or threat with respect to a safe-recovery operation.
