Our universally renowned VEC Group Universal Center for the Elderly is an expansive state of the art center for the elderly, dedicated to and for persons that are at least 65 years old, universally. This limited license shares many of the same principles as our Universal Center for Children Limited License, in that it is a safe-place for persons that are at least 65 years of age, providing access to entertainment opportunities, learning opportunities, access to specialized programs and care, and the general ability to spend time with other persons that may share in their same interests, or whom are at least in their same general age group. Although we may not necessarily think of a person that is only 65 years old as being "elderly", that is the youngest that a person is able to be with respect to general access to our Universal Center for the Elderly.

Generally speaking, we adhere to a "9 year age bracket" with respect to all elderly persons - such that 65-74 year old's will be able to interact with one another, 75-84 year old's will be able to interact with one another, and so on - although we do permit elderly persons to spend time with any age bracket that they are most comfortable with, and "come and go" in that regard as they please, so long as it is appropriate. In this way, if you have friends that are much younger or older than you, you can all spend time together, or wherein you just want to be around people that are closer to your own age, you have that option as well - and we also have events wherein all elderly persons that are with us are able to participate, so long as they are able and want to. To that end, we provide all elderly persons with a smart device wristband (or an alternative smart device if applicable), that serves each person with respect to staying in the know, and allowing them to locate any friends easily, without necessarily requiring our assistance.

We offer a wide-variety of amenities, outdoor acreage, and provide options to experience different geographical biomes - as we are able to modify both indoor and outdoor spaces to that end. The weather is always enjoyable outside, and we are able to have "snow or rain days" when elderly persons with us are keen to experience them, without any negative effects related to the cold and dampness. Elderly persons with special needs are welcome, so long as they are able to self-bond safely, and any concerns in that regard are able to be addressed with the Consultant via self-bond access to service with us.

All elderly persons are always appropriately looked after to ensure their safety and well-being, and all elderly persons are always in "safe-mode" - wherein no person or party, including themselves, is able to harm them, and they are inherently unable to be in an unbecoming or inappropriate situation. The Consultant is always present somewhere, so as to personally ensure the safety and well-being of any elderly persons that are with us, and also to ensure that any of our curators and caretakers are also safe and well.

All of our curator and caretakers are of course thoroughly vetted, which includes a mandatory non-invasive, instantaneous pre/post screening, that legal next of kin are privy to be able to have explained to them, which includes showing them how it works. If you are already familiar with any of our services via your own access/use, then you will already know that our standards with respect to safety and well-being are very high, especially with respect to minors and vulnerable persons - and this limited license is no exception.

Concerning legal next of kin, this limited license is for persons that are 65+ years old, which inherently excludes legal next of kin that are younger, from being able to actively participate in this limited license with elderly persons that are in their family. While the reasons why may not be obvious to you, we will inform you as to why we only permit elderly persons with access, and of course it is for the safety and well-being of the elderly persons that are spending time with us. However, legal next of kin are able to stop by for a visit with their elderly loved ones by self-bonding at the same time to that end - as naturally we want you to be able to ensure that they are safe and well with us, and not being put into situations that are not appropriate for them to be in. There are points in time wherein we permit family members to come and spend time with elderly persons in their family, if those elderly persons would like that to occur, so as to allow family members to be able to have some shared experiences, even though you are able to have such experiences on Earth generally speaking, and so too with respect to some of our other limited licenses. In any event, our Universal Center for the Elderly is just that- a center for the elderly - and we try to ensure that elderly persons are able to enjoy it as their own place, as it is a rather enjoyable reprieve to have access to.

As you can imagine, particularly so as this is a universally shared experience, elderly persons that spend their time with us come from all walks of life, and although we do not teach ideologies, we do allow elderly persons to discuss their views on things like religion, life after death, and so on - as adults are adults, and as such, they all have the freedom of thought and speech naturally. However, we will ensure that elderly persons with us are never deceived by any other elderly persons, and that all are respectful of the others' backgrounds and systems of belief. Again, we know that elderly persons are not children - however, we will ensure that each person treats others as they would like to be treated, and that general decorum is observed and respected.

Although we do allow elderly persons to just be, play games together happily, or otherwise just relax, and so on, we do provide structured learning activities and opportunities as well, so as to ensure that we aren't just providing a safe-place for their own entertainment, but that we are also providing them with invaluable opportunities, experiences, and memories that will serve them well as they continue to make their way through time. To that end, we are able to provide various "on-site field-trips", each serving towards the betterment of the elderly persons that are with us, based upon their wants and needs, and we allow them to participate in deciding upon the upcoming events together, in the same way as we allow children to do at our Universal Center for Children. Whether we are hosting a state of the art opera experience with our own Universal Orchestra and special guests, inviting animal specialists to come in with safe and adorable animals for elderly persons to be able to learn about and interact with, or are hosting an "aquatic day" in the same way as we do at our Universal Center for Children, the possibilities are almost endless - and are always appropriate for those that want to participate in such "on-site field-trips"; and they are otherwise free to be as they are, and enjoy our expansive location and amenities as they please.

Although both our structured and unstructured learning and/or entertainment activities are able to go a long way with maintaining an elderly person's overall vitality and cognitive functioning, we do provide therapeutic activities (both group-based and individual) for all elderly persons. For example if elderly persons are interested in "true crime", and want to do something more exciting than play a true crime board game or video game, we are able to host interactive "murder mystery" type events, wherein they can work together as a team to determine what happened (and yes this is all part of a game, not an actual murder mystery), using their minds and bodies to actually uncover the truth. We have an almost endless amount of "cooperative games" like that, that all persons are able to participate in as they please. Likewise, our amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, hair salons, hot tubs, and other personal care services are always available to elderly persons that are with us - wherein they just want to relax by themselves or with others. We do have many board games, and hold card game events, etc., and we are fans of the elderly being able to also play video games, watch tv, spend time knitting and drinking tea, and so on - and of course provide any leisurely opportunity to that end that we are able, with respect to our limitations of service. For example, if there are elderly persons that enjoy certain time-periods, they are able to modify a section of our facility, in order to turn it into that time period, and immerse themselves accordingly.

Although we do want to provide elderly persons with as much time with us as is appropriate for them, this service is not intended to take the place of their actual ability to live their lives, and spend time with their local friends and/or families as applicable, and we are careful to ensure that all elderly persons, and their legal next of kin, do understand that.

Subjective time-dilation is limited to a maximum of six (6) hours per use-case, and the intervals between each use-case will be determined by each person's own specific needs, with respect to their own safety and well-being. As always, no matter the subjective duration of time experienced with us per access/use, only approximately 2-5 seconds will have elapsed in local Earth time. With respect to locally shared experience parties, we will permit a general maximum of fifteen (15) persons to access this limited license together as a shared local party, and all persons do not have to be physically present together. We are able to make exceptions if it is appropriate for us to do so.

Access to this limited license will last for the duration of the elderly person's life from the age of 65 - however, as always we are providing full access to, and not ownership of, and therefore with respect to our limitations of service, the privilege of access may be restricted and revoked if the elderly person continually attempts to violate our limitations of service; albeit we are mindful. If the elderly person does continually attempt to violate our limitations of service, their access will always be initially temporarily redacted or restricted, and ample warnings will be provided long before we ever would fully restrict or permanently revoke the access. If access does become fully restricted, the elderly person will be made aware whether or not their access will ever be made available to them again; however, some full restrictions will be permanent revocations of access.

In order to successfully use this limited license, all you have to do is self-bond with the intention of experiencing the "VEC Group Universal Center for the Elderly Limited License". It is that simple. If you are able to assist a loved one in accessing this service with us, we will be able to inform you how to, directly via your own self-bond access to service with us.

Your initial successful access/use will bring you your Homepage Hub, wherein the Consultant will explain to you how to access this service with us via self-bond in your own way, as well as how to access it directly via your Homepage Hub. We will have disabled any local shared experience party access options for your initial access, unless your initial shared access attempt is with appropriate members of your family, in support of your access to this service, and you share a same Homepage Hub with them. If you have not yet chosen a Homepage Hub with us, we will bring you to our own universal Homepage Hub, as described briefly on our eligibility page.

If you are attempting to participate in a local shared experience party, there is no difference - however, ensure that each of you are attempting to self-bond only, and at the same time. You may do a "count-down" if that is the easiest way to ensure that you are doing it together. If you are trying to participate in a shared experience with another person that is not physically present with you, if you self-bond to meet with the Consultant, then the Consultant will be able to help you understand safe and effective ways to do that, and is also able to teach you how to do it while you are at your Homepage Hub. In any event, so long as you are appropriate persons to be accessing this limited license together for a shared experience, you will all find yourselves to be together at our Universal Center for the Elderly.

If a person is absent upon your access/use, they may have inappropriately attempted to participate, they may have not been "ready" to participate, they may have declined to participate, or they may not have been an appropriate person to be participating in a shared experience with you. If a person somehow didn't successfully access with you, and we know they want to and are able to, we will inform you of this upon your established access, so as to allow you to terminate your access and then retry again with them.
