The VEC Group offers access to this limited license completely for free to select persons via "invitation" only, which is unable to be obtained by attempting to seek an invitation. If we invite you to access this service with us, your invitation will occur naturally during your access to service with us. Although all of our services are a privilege, this invitation is an additional privilege in and of itself, and is unable to be "hunted".

This service is one of our ways of "balancing the scales" with respect to persons that have otherwise only experienced being wronged by others, without having done anything to deserve it. Although in a way, this service may be applicable to all persons, or at least all persons are able to justify why they would be privy to access this service, we are careful with respect to the scales - so as to ensure that all is as it should be, regardless of that which has already been done, with respect to the integrity of the timeline.

All invitations are reserved for the person until they have actually spun the wheel. If accepted, access to this limited license only requires minutes of subjective time.
