This limited license is available to any person that is currently trapped underground (subterranean), or in rubble or because of fire or hazardous materials (superficial), and their legal next of kin that are not with them, as well as any potential first responders that may be available to provide assistance. For the avoidance of doubt, this is for real-world scenarios on Earth only, and is not viable with respect to the use of our services, such that if you intend to trap yourself while accessing/using a service with us, we will simply free you, or terminate your access/use.
Regardless of whether or not a person has established their eligibility for service with us, if they self-bond and are trapped, or are in a position to respond to a person that is, then we will automatically provide them with access to this service with us. We moderate this limited license heavily so as to ensure that it is only able to be appropriately used as we intend.
Subjective time-dilation durations will be dependent upon the situation at hand, and so to will access/use intervals - both with respect to the safety and well-being of the person accessing the service. As always, no matter the duration of subjective time experienced per access/use, only approximately 2-5 seconds in local Earth time will have elapsed.
As always, we provide full access to, and not ownership of, and therefore with respect to our limitations of service, the privilege of access may be restricted and revoked if the person with the access continually attempts to violate our limitations of service. If the person does continually attempt to violate our limitations of service, their access will always be initially temporarily redacted or restricted, and ample warnings will be provided long before we ever would fully restrict or permanently revoke their access. If the access does become fully restricted, that person will be made aware whether or not their access will ever be made available to them again during their life-time; however, some full restrictions will be permanent revocations of access.
If you ever need to access this service with us and it is appropriate for us to provide you with that access, you will find that your access is available directly via self-bond, wherein you are not required to have any intentions, as you will automatically meet with the Consultant. That being said, if you have already established your eligibility with us, you are able to self-bond with the intention of meeting with the Consultant, for us to provide you with more information with respect to what you can expect, if you ever have to access this service with us.
Subterranean & Superficial Rescue Limited License

Please note, this service is able to be used by firefighters and other first-responders, with respect to ensuring a person's and/or animals recovery, as best able.
