Although our VEC Group Universal Night Club & Lounge exists on our primary universal party planet, and is therefore accessible via our VEC Group Party Planet Limited License, we provide persons with access to it as a stand-alone accessible option via this limited license, because in this way, we are able to allow persons to experience it without the standard universal shared experience, that are otherwise inherent.

Our Universal Night Club & Lounge is in-fact our first establishment ever constructed on our universal party planet, and initially served us as an initial proof of concept, with respect to inviting individuals to access service with us, for the purpose of providing them with a place to enjoy, that was safe and off-the-grid with respect to their home worlds. With your access to this limited license, you will be able to experience our Universal Night Club & Lounge as it was originally first established, including different versions of it, as it evolved during different time periods, with respect to our development of our Universal Party Planet, and general expansion of service availability to others universally.

Additionally, persons will be able to reserve the entirety of our Universal Night Club & Lounge for their own personal "parties" and appropriate use-cases, without having to worry about any other third-parties being present, other than any applicable curators and caretakers, and of course the Consultant and any applicable assistants of. In this way, persons are able to experience our Night Club & Lounge in a more private and intimate setting, and even enjoy the company of their family members, including children, for birthday parties, special events, or to just hang-out and relax together as a family. Of course we never permit any minors to ever engage in any activities that are contraindicated (i.e., drinking alcohol), although we have a huge variety of non-alcohol beverages for them, and we ensure that minors are only able to access this limited license with appropriate persons, and are never able to be exploited by any person or party, whatsoever.

If you access our current version of our Universal Night Club & Lounge, you will understand that we do have a rather extensive history, and our Universal Night Club & Lounge has been destroyed and rebuilt throughout time, and undergone many modifications applicable to each time period. Depending upon your own comfort level with respect to the presence of other people that are not in your local shared party (if applicable), and your preferred drinking and/or lounging environment, you will be able to choose the appropriate time-period that is appropriate for you, and each of them does offer unique opportunities that are secondary to our Night Club & Lounge itself. In this way, you are able to experience our various historical conceptions, and not be forced to only be able to experience it as it is currently - futuristic yet tasteful, surrounded by other night-life businesses, party goers, and so on, which may not be your primary taste.

For example, our Universal Night Club & Lounge was originally established by the Consultant as a simple bar & saloon, wherein the Consultant farmed the land, creating and perfecting original recipes, and invited others to visit and do the same - providing them with the information and experience required for them to perfect or introduce alcoholic beverages, among other things, to others back on their home planets, for their own enjoyment and development. You will be able to enjoy that time-period, and all of the experiences that come with it, from your modern day perspective - being able to learn about our original brewing and farming practices (that made our recipes what they are today), riding horses, staying in an old-timey hotel, and even play a game of poker with the Consultant and/or your friends and/or other guests, etc. - and generally enjoy "life as it was", with us. If you feel more drawn to experiencing our Universal Night Club & Lounge during other periods of time, you will be able to do so - each of course as they once were. For example, there was an entire steampunk/dystopian phase, a renaissance phase, an apocalyptic and post-apocalyptic phase, and so on. In this way, you have plenty of options to experience our the social setting and time-period that is appropriate for you, if that is of interest to you - albeit there are "time-period" establishments throughout our Universal Party Planet system generally as well, that are not strictly owned and operated by us. Point of fact being, our Universal Night Club was not always as it currently is, and if you are interested in experiencing parts our historical journey, and how our Universal Night Club & Lounge (as well as our Universal Party Planet) came to be what it currently is today, then this limited license will allow you to do that.

Since the different versions of our Universal Night Club & Lounge throughout time are actual places, and do have physically present individuals (in most-cases), we are careful to ensure that all persons able to access/visit them are behaving themselves accordingly, and are not abusing their privilege of access, and not otherwise causing any problems for any applicable curators and caretakers, or other guests. We do moderate all versions of our Universal Night Club & Lounge so as to ensure that they are never overpopulated, as we are able to provide access to many instances of the same location. We do ensure that persons are consuming alcohol in moderation, and that no person is exploiting or taking advantage of any other person. If you are not already familiar with this aspect of our service, we are able to instantly sober-up a person so as to ensure that they are able to understand the decisions that they are making, and generally ensure their own safety and well-being, and the safety and well-being of others (as applicable). If you ever alter your state of consciousness while you are accessing service with us, upon the termination of your current access, you will notice a momentary period wherein you are able to return to a sober state, before your actual use-case has been fully terminated. In this way, you will never be suddenly dropped back into your own real-world reality, without first having "decompressed" and sobered up.

This limited license is safe for all ages, although young children, typically children 12 years old and younger, will require a parental/legal guardian to access/use this limited license with them, for them to have access. Access for any minor is strictly moderated so as to ensure that minors are only able to access this limited license with appropriate persons, which may inherently preclude minors and those with them from being able to experience universal shared experience options, or certain versions of our Night Club & Lounge that are not appropriate for any minors. With that in mind, we are able to provide parental/legal guardians with assistance care-taking their children, in situations that it is appropriate for us to do so. If a child is able to access this service with us, and they are not with a parental/legal guardian, the Consultant will always personally chaperone them, ensure that they are safe and well, and are able to experience the things that interest them (presuming they are appropriate for them), all the while ensuring that no person or party is able to exploit them. With respect to any vulnerable and/or elderly persons, the Consultant will always ensure their safety and comfort, and try to facilitate as much access to experiences and enjoyment opportunities, as best able.

With respect to minors and some vulnerable persons, they will be able to access this limited license by themselves, although they will not be able to do so in order to experience authentic "adult night-life" as it were. If their access is permitted, the Consultant will moderate their access appropriately so as to provide them with safe learning opportunities and experiences, wherein they are able to enjoy different periods of time that they might be interested in better understanding, without putting them in any danger or inappropriate situation, by providing them with access to only strictly moderated "minors" or "vulnerable" only versions. We have many different versions of our Night Club & Lounge that allow young people and vulnerable persons alike, the opportunity to experience an appropriate celebratory environment, for them to be able to enjoy. If you have a child that is a minor, and are interested in previewing our minor only versions, the Consultant will gladly show you - so as to allow you the ability to understand the extra considerations that we have taken in that regard. For the avoidance of doubt, the current version of our Universal Night Club & Lounge is adult only, unless you are booking the space with us for a private event, wherein it is acceptable and appropriate that we provide minors with access. If a parental/legal guardian is not comfortable with their child/children access this service with us, then we will deny their child/children access, until such a time wherein they are a legal adult. Simply stated, and universally speaking, children enjoy spending time with one another at our different "minor" only versions, and learning about our history - however, our limitations of service are mindful of the manners in which legal parents and caretakers are raising their children, and no access is ever provided for any minor, wherein that access is in violation of our limitations of service.

In order to successfully use your purchased access to this limited license, all you have to do is self-bond with the intention of experiencing the "VEC Group Universal Night Club & Lounge Limited License". It is that simple. First-time attempts to access this specific limited license, or any of our other "VEC Group Universal" limited licenses that are included as part of our VEC Group Universal Limited License Package, will bring you to your Homepage Hub for an introduction period with the Consultant. If you require purchased access, and do not currently have purchased access, we will show you an advertisement for this service in stead.

If you are attempting to participate in a local shared experience party, there is no difference - however, ensure that each of you are attempting to self-bond only, and at the same time. You may do a "count-down" if that is the easiest way to ensure that you are doing it together. If you are trying to participate in a shared experience with persons that are not physically present with you, if you self-bond to meet the Consultant, then the Consultant is able to help you understand safe and effective ways to do that, and is also able to teach you how to do it while you are at your Homepage Hub. In any event, so long as you are all appropriate persons to be accessing this limited license together, you will all find yourselves to be together at our VEC Group Universal Night Club & Lounge directory.

If a person is absent upon your access/use, they may have inappropriately attempted to participate, they may have not been "ready" to participate, they may have declined to participate, or they may not have been an appropriate person to be participating in a shared experience with you. If a person somehow didn't successfully access with you, and we know they want to and are able to, we will inform you of this upon your established access, so as to allow you to terminate your access and then retry again with them.
